Practice Management (PM) Services

I help independent healthcare professionals setup and efficiently maintain their businesses.

I can help you setup licensing, insurance, billing systems, accounting systems, and client paperwork, as well as review HIPAA compliant practice management tools. I offer support in marketing and bringing in referrals to match your skills and ideal client.  I also help with writing and editing copy for your website, handouts, conference applications, and more.

I will customize a solution to your style and your goals, whether you want to go paperless on the cloud or keep a familiar paper system.

I offer an initial practice management consultation (55 min) for $200 for associate-level clinicians, and I charge $300 for a one-time consultation if you are a licensed clinician. If you'd like additional support implementing these steps, my rate is $250/hour. 

For people who want a business coach to help them through a launch or growth stage, I also offer a "growth package". We meet four times for 55 minutes, do one planning/implementation meeting or call for 30 minutes, four phone/skype check-in calls for 15 minutes, and between-meeting email coaching.  For licensed professionals, the cost is $1000.  For associates, I offer a condensed version of the growth package: three meetings for only $375 (no coaching via calls/email).

Whenever we meet, you will leave with an action list of steps to take. I will help you setup or improve your existing systems.  I will challenge you to find the tasks that you can't do (or avoid doing) on your own, and zone in to help you get the best value for your time with me.
