I offer sleep coaching services to help parents find a successful structure that supports peaceful and quality sleep.
Your child’s unique temperament, developmental stage, personality, and medical needs are all important factors in finding the right routine to promote healthy sleep. Together we can creatively customize a program to meet your child’s needs that aligns with your parenting philosophy.
At Seattle Children’s Hospital, I worked with over forty families to improve sleep quality and sleep duration for their children. We met (via phone, email, or in person) weekly to support parents to modify the routine until a good sleep system was established.
